We pride ourselves in creating and producing jewellery of the highest quality, we want to ensure that your purchases are made with confidence. In the case where you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.

If the item(s) you have ordered is unsuitable for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us by Email detailing the items being returned.  We will issue you a return authorization number and give directions re: sending back the jewellery.

In the case of damaged or defective jewellery, please don’t hesitate to contact us by Email with the details of damages/defect. We will send you a return authorization number with directions on how to send it back.

Final Sale items include all clearances and sales.  Any items bought under these conditions will not be accepted for return.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for shipping back to Crystal Creations by Christine.  When shipping back return, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Any refunds owing to you will be processed within 14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
